General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective, except where required by law.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@stretchion.com with your order number, clear photos showing the issue, and a description of the problem.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is required.
Return Shipping
If the item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will cover or arrange return shipping. If a return is approved for any other reason where applicable, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available due to the nature of our products.
EU & EEA Customers - Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the General Policy above, if your order is delivered to a country within the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at hello@stretchion.com within 14 days of delivery and clearly state your intent to withdraw from the purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
This right applies in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
